Shipping Method

All orders to the United States are shipped exclusively with FedEx International. We partner with FedEx to provide reliable service, tracking for every order, and efficient customs clearance. 

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched from our Australian warehouse, delivery to the US typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, peak shipping periods, or customs clearance. We will always provide tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your order.

Customs & Import Handling

Because all duties and taxes are already included in your purchase price, your order should pass through customs without additional payments required. FedEx may contact you if any verification or documentation is needed, but you will not be charged extra to receive your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast dispatch. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has left our facility. FedEx will provide updates directly as your order moves through transit and customs.
