We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the 30 day period has elapsed and you would still like to return your item, please contact us. Jet Tech reserves the right to decline any return after the 30 day period if not covered under warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at no cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Jet Tech offers 12 months warranty from time of purchase for the following:
- Any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
- Any defects in workmanship under normal use
- Any broken components under normal use
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weather soiling and stains from environmental pollution. This warranty does not cover elastic bungee cord, mounting apparatus, or bonding substances. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilised for the purpose for which it is intended. The warranty will be considered void if it is found the products have not been used for its intended purpose or supplied instructions have not been followed.
Photo/Video evidence will be requested to prove the fault along with original proof of purchase. Replacements will only be given within the warranty period. Jet Tech reserves the right to not grant warranty claims that it believes to be false, misleading, or malicious.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe your order was damaged in transit please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to organise a replacement at email@example.com. Photos of the products received and packaging is needed to process replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you have purchased the wrong size of apparel; please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team is more than happy to help you pick your size. In the case of an exchange, you pay for the cost to return the goods to us and we will pay for the shipping of the exchanged item back to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
