Shipping policy
Dispatch & Delivery
All of our orders are dispatched worldwide from our warehouse at 6/17 Rothcote Court, Burleigh Heads, 4220, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We offer both domestic and international shipping as per the cost and time estimates below.
Orders will be shipped within 48 business hours if we receive them by 11am, Monday - Friday, Brisbane time (AEST - no daylight saving). Orders received after 11am will be shipped within 72 business hours. This means orders placed after 11am Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday-Wednesday morning.
During promotional periods our dispatch times can vary between 5-10 business days.
Jet Tech ships to almost any address worldwide.
Tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours after your purchase for your tracking to register in the carrier's system.
During sale periods, peak season and/or within a few days of a collection release, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavor to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes outside of Australia.
Australian Orders
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.
You can either choose Standard or Express shipping through Auspost.
Due to the size of some items Startrack is the only option for checkout.
United States Orders
To provide our US customers with a simpler and more transparent experience, all prices displayed on our website for the United States are inclusive of shipping, import duties, and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
- Shipping is included in the product price — no separate shipping fee.
- Duties and taxes are covered upfront — no surprise customs charges upon delivery.
- Orders ship via FedEx International with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days.
- Customers will receive full tracking details once their order is dispatched.

Rest of World Orders
We ship our products worldwide via FedEx and Auspost International (Which transfers to USPS for US orders).
International orders may also incur additional costs including import duties and taxes. Customs and import charges are to be paid by the customer and are not the responsibility of Jet Tech. If you would like to know more please contact your local government office or customs to obtain correct information.
IMPORTANT: Duties incurred are different per country and vary depending on value. Please refer to your local government website for further information on import duties. Due to some country laws; in the case we need to return items to us for declining to pay duties, extra charges incurred by us including shipping and customs charges will be reflected in the refunded amount to you.
Customs & Import Handling
Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by customs authorities in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
FedEx will contact you directly if payment or clearance documentation is required, and response to FedEx is mandatory. Failure to provide requested payment or clearance information within the required timeframe may result in your order being held, delayed, or returned to us.
Orders returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or failure to complete customs clearance will not be re-shipped until additional shipping and handling costs are paid.
