Shipping policy

All of our orders are dispatched worldwide from our warehouse at 6/17 Rothcote Court, Burleigh Heads, 4220, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We offer both domestic and international shipping as per the cost and time estimates below.

Orders will be shipped within 48 business hours if we receive them by 11am, Monday - Friday, Brisbane time (AEST - no daylight saving). Orders received after 11am will be shipped within 72 business hours. This means orders placed after 11am Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday-Wednesday morning.

Jet Tech ships to almost any address worldwide.

Tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours after your purchase for your tracking to register in the carrier's system. 

During sale periods, peak season and/or within a few days of a collection release, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes outside of Australia.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.

You can either choose Standard or Express shipping through Auspost or Startrack.

We ship our products worldwide via DHL and Startrack.

International orders may also incur additional costs including import duties and taxes. Customs and import charges are to be paid by the customer and are not the responsibility of Jet Tech. If you would like to know more please contact your local government office or customs to obtain correct information.
