Wipe off salt and dirt, then dry the surface fully so the adhesive can grip.

Pull back a short section of the marine grade backing at a time and line the strip up as you go.

Work along the strip and press down hard, including over the curved edges.

Give the adhesive time to set before the ski hits the water.
