Jet Tech X The Explore Dream – “Dream Shed Package” Giveaway

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to entries earned through purchases made via Jet Tech Products Pty Ltd (ACN 613 656 330) (“Jet Tech”, “we”, “our”) into the Explore Dream “Dream Shed Package” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) conducted by The Explore Dream Pty Ltd (ACN 675 546 657) (“TED”). By participating via Jet Tech, you agree to these Jet Tech Giveaway Terms and TED’s official Terms & Conditions.

Jet Tech is not the promoter of the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is solely operated by:

The Explore Dream Pty Ltd (ABN 70 675 546 657)
(“The Explore Dream”, “TED”)

Jet Tech only facilitates customer entries through qualifying purchases as permitted by TED. TED is responsible for:

• Drawing winners
• Prize fulfilment
• Compliance with all trade promotion laws
• Publication of results
• All matters relating to the administration of the Giveaway

Participants acknowledge TED as the sole operator and decision-maker for the Giveaway.

2. Prizes

a. Total prize pool is valued at $100,000 which is made up of:

• 2025 Seatrex 3.7M Roof Rider + Trailer
• 2025 Mercury Marine 20hp Outboard
• 2025 Honda CRF250R
• 2025 Seadoo GTR230
• $2500 in Jet Tech Accessories
• $1000 in Salt Shift Accessories

Jet Tech does not supply or deliver any prizes.
All prizes are provided solely by The Explore Dream.

Jet Tech’s role is limited to facilitating entry allocation. Jet Tech does not provide warranties, guarantees, or representations in relation to any prize.

3. Entry Period

Entries via Jet Tech apply only to purchases made during:

Commencement: Friday, 5th December 2025 at 12:00pm AEST

Close: Wednesday, 31 December 2025 at 11:59pm AEST

No entries will be allocated for purchases placed outside this period.

4. Entry

Jet Tech customers may earn entries into the Giveaway in any of the following ways:

a. Every order (with no minimum spend) automatically receives one (1) entry into the Dream Shed Giveaway. Customers will then receive one (1) additional entry for every full $50 spent in the same order, with the automatic entry counting toward the first $50 threshold. The second entry is therefore awarded at $100, the third at $150, and so on. Entry calculations are based on the order total after discounts and before shipping, and only full $50 increments qualify for additional entries.

• Example:
  

  • A $100 order = 2 total entries (1 automatic entry + 1 bonus entry)
    
  • A $150 order = 3 total entries
    
  • And so on.
    

Entry Calculation:
Bonus entries are calculated in $50 increments based on the final order value after discounts and before shipping. Partial increments do not qualify (e.g., $120 order = 2 entries; the remaining $20 does not generate an additional entry).

Entries earnt via purchases are provided to customers at no additional cost.

b. Additional Entries

Jet Tech may offer customers optional additional entries during cart, checkout, or post-checkout. Any such opportunities will be clearly displayed at the time they are offered. Participation in these additional entry mechanisms is voluntary..

c. Other Eligible Methods

If any other entry-earning methods are made available on Jet Tech channels during the Giveaway Period, they will be clearly described on the applicable page and will be governed by these Terms.

5. Eligibility

In addition to TED’s official eligibility rules, the following apply:

a. The Giveaway is open to all Australian residents (except South Australia and ACT) over the age of 18 who enter in accordance with the terms and conditions of entry except for employees of Employees of The Explore Dream, Jet Tech, their immediate family members (parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings and children) or any other person residing in their household. Please note that each participant may hold more than one entry in the giveaway.

b. Entries are only valid where personal details are correct, complete, and verifiable.

6. Draw Details

The prize draw is conducted solely by TED:

• Draw Date: Friday, 2 January 2026 at 5:00pm AEST
• Location: Shed 16, 2 Calabro Way Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 (or alternate approved location able to stream the event live)
• Draw runs via TED’s approved randomised draw software
• Winner(s) are contacted by TED via email and phone
• Winner(s) are published on TED’s website and Instagram within 24 hours
• Jet Tech will contact participants with Winner Details within 48 hours 
• Winners agree to participate in handover video/photo content as per TED’s Terms

Jet Tech has no influence, input, or discretion regarding:

• Winner selection
• Prize allocation
• Winner contact
• Publication of winner details

TED is solely responsible for all legal compliance relating to the draw.

7. Data And Privacy

For the purpose of this draw Jet Tech must provide TED with:

• Customer name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Invoice number
• Purchase details
• Shipping/postcode details
  

This data is shared only for:

• Operating the Giveaway
• Managing entries
• Contacting winners

TED may not use Jet Tech customer data for unrelated marketing unless separately authorised by the customer.

Jet Tech’s Privacy Policy reflects and discloses this data-sharing requirement.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By participating, you agree that:

• Entries are assigned based on actual completed purchases only.
• Cancelled or refunded orders void associated entries.
• You must provide accurate personal details to enable TED to contact you.
• You understand Jet Tech does not administer or adjudicate the Giveaway.

9. Prize Conditions

By earning entries via Jet Tech, you acknowledge:

• Prizes are taken as-is, with no additional warranties beyond what TED provides.
• TED is not responsible for any cost of registration, transport, compliance, insurance, or ongoing maintenance.
• If a prize requires state-specific compliance work, the winner bears those costs.
• If the prize is unclaimed within 90 days, TED will redraw the prize on 7 April 2026 at 5:00pm AEST.

These conditions are controlled entirely by TED.

10. Disclaimers

• Jet Tech is not responsible for conducting the Giveaway or selecting winners.
• Jet Tech is not liable for technical issues affecting entry data transmission to TED.
• Jet Tech is not responsible for any error, omission, or discrepancy in TED’s draw.
• Participation is at your own risk and subject to TED’s limitations, including disclaimers regarding damages and liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jet Tech excludes all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway.

11. Tampering & Misconduct

Jet Tech reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Tampers with purchase data
• Attempts to manipulate entry allocation
• Submits fraudulent details
• Breaches these Terms or TED’s official Terms
  

12. Acceptance of These Terms

By placing an order or purchasing a Membership Upsell during the Giveaway Period, you confirm that you:

• Accept Jet Tech’s Giveaway Terms
• Accept TED’s official Giveaway Terms
• Authorise Jet Tech to share your order and entry data with TED
• Understand that TED is the sole operator of the Giveaway
• In the event of any inconsistency between Jet Tech’s terms and TED’s official Giveaway Terms, TED’s official Terms & Conditions will prevail.

If you do not agree, please do not participate.
